At Central Washington Wine Production we have implemented a new sustainable water project. In addition we have purchased grapes from sustainable vineyards throughout Eastern Washington. We are in the process of transforming our own vineyards with sustainable growing practices. Our cleaner irrigation water and compost is the first stages into a new era of bulk wines where quality and sustainability will work together to build a better facility for both the wine industry and the community.
